Club Track Workouts

Washington-Liberty High School Track Workout — Tuesday Evening

Join Kyoko for Tuesday evening track workouts at Washington-Liberty HS in Arlington, VA.  Meet up at 6:15pm for warm up on your own and the workout will run from 6:30pm -7:30pm including cool down.  If you need to leave early, that is fine!  Open for all levels.

Sunday Run Group

Join Club members for for 3-6+ miles at your own pace. Start and finish together with food/coffee after. Locations will vary around the DC area

Club Track Workouts

Mall Track Workout–Thursday Evening

Meet at 6:00 PM on the Mall at the corner of 3rd St SW and Madison Ave (across from the Capitol Reflecting Pool) with workout starting promptly at 6:15 PM (7 AM/7:15 AM start as weather alternate). Enjoy a weekly lap workout around a scenic block of the Mall. Our route is gravel and closely resembles a standard track in size, providing the perfect setting for a great run.
