Jason was a nationally competitive cyclist as a teenager. After a break for college and graduate school, he ran his first marathon (very slowly!) in 2009 and has been hooked on endurance sports ever since. He loves Iron-distance racing–the hillier the better–and 50K trail races too. He enjoys half-iron distance racing and marathoning. Anything shorter than that is just too painful.
