The Rip It Events Columbia Gateway Duathlon takes place in Columbia, MD. With one hill on the looped course, this race is relatively flat and appropriate for all experience levels including first-timers.
Race Options:
- Adult: 2 Mile Run, 10 Mile Bike, 2 Mile Run
- Youth – Aged 11-15: 0.5 Mile Run, 2 Mile Bike, 1 Mile Run
- Youth – Aged 7-10: 0.5 Mile Run, 2 Mile Bike, 0.5 Mile Run
