Columbia Association Triathlon Sprint

Staged at Clemens Crossing Pool in Columbia, MD, participants will complete a pool swim, road bike and paved trail run. The ​Sprint is 400 Yard Pool Swim, 10 Mile Bike, 13 Mile Run, for particpants 14 years and older.

Staged at Clemens Crossing Pool in Columbia, MD, participants will complete a pool swim, road bike and paved trail run. The ​Super Sprint is 200 Yard Pool Swim, 5 Mile Bike, 1.8 Mile Run, for particpants 10 years and older.

Diamond in the Rough Olympic

Perryville, MD Perryville Community Park 100 Marion Tapp Parkway, Perryville, MD
The Kinetic Diamond in the Rough swim takes place in the Chesapeake Bay and features an in water start off the dock. The Sprint bike course is a rolling out and back course while the Olympic bike course is technical with a mix of suburbia, rolling farm country and a fast, flat drag strip along River Road. The run course is mostly flat and winds its way along the Chesapeake Bay on sidewalks and back roads.
