Staged out of Lums Pond State Park in Bear, Delaware, the Kinetic Lums Pond Triathlon is a great race for elite and novice athletes alike. The freshwater swim starts with a rectangular course that parallels the shore for the last 250 meters. The bike course is super fast and completes a large loop around the park. This course is completely flat, all right hand turns and has great pavement throughout. The run course is amazing with a beautiful, heavily forested mix of single track lake views and wide open graveled walking paths.

The US Performance Center Draft Legal Triathlon Festival is a day of collegiate and elite development draft legal triathlon racing featuring both a National Triathlon Development Race (NTDR) but also the Women’s Collegiate Triathlon East National Qualifier. Presented by the Charlotte, NC based US Performance Center and staged out of Lake Norman State Park, this draft legal triathlon features clear water, rolling courses and great racing. The swim start features a sandy beach start and a crisp, clear lake. The bike and run courses are rolling and stay completely inside the park. Each lap of the bike and run courses bring athletes through the race site. This race is NOT part of the Kinetic Multisports Series Scoring. Please note The DI, DII, DII draft legal races are for Collegiate athletes only! The National Triathlon Development Race (NDTR) is open to high school/collegiate & elite athletes only!

The Kinetic North East Triathlon is an amazing race in a beautiful location. Just minutes from I-95, a Chesapeake Bay time trial swim and well paved country roads along Elk Neck State Forest make this a great race. The course is low traffic, hilly and technical in places, but has plenty of straightaways and beautiful views. The run course is a lightly rolling, out and back course on the shoulder heading south of town.

The Kinetic North East Triathlon is an amazing race in a beautiful location. The time trial swim takes place at beautiful Jamestown beach where you can watch Osprey catch their breakfast or see a pod of dolphins swim along the course. The bike course is flat, fast and parallels the Cap-Cap bike trail along Rt. 5. The run course is simply amazing as it winds through historic farmland and forest on a combination of bike paths and jogging trails.

The Kinetic Marsh Creek Sprint Triathlon is staged out of Marsh Creek State Park, just west of Philadelphia, PA and minutes from the Turnpike. The time trial swim takes place in 500 acre Marsh Creek Lake and features a single loop, rectangular shaped swim course. The bike course is a well paved, single loop 20k course that takes athletes through a mix of technical sections and long straightaways alongside trout streams and forests. The 5k run course is entirely within the park and has lake views and a good uphill at mile 2.

The Giant Acorn Triathlon Festival features Olympic and Sprint distance races staged out of beautiful Lake Anna State Park. With a sandy beach time trial start, a refreshing (low 70’s) freshwater swim, rolling country roads for the bike and a run course that stays completely within the State Park.
