USAT Off-Season Club Challenge: BIKE MONTH IS ON!
We're in with the new year and now it is USAT Club Challenge's Bike Month! To log your mileage, simply send your workout distances (IN MILES) to Zina. Our grand winner for the swim month challenge is Lindsey Jerdonek with an amazing 47.75 miles in the pool!

Sunday Swims
Curl Burke (CUBU) Masters Swim will be hosting a weekly triathlon-specific swim session on Sundays, beginning Oct 12th, 6:15-7:30pm, at the American University (AU) pool in NW DC. Cost is $5 per session.
